The location near Sequoia National Park is really convenient

for quick access to nature. Our family enjoyed the clean and comfortable king room, and the breakfast options were a nice touch. However, the parking was limited during peak hours, which made returning to the hotel a bit stressful.

The pool needs better maintenance!!! Poor room temperature control and a horrible shower pressure made it tough to enjoy. Noise from the freeway was incredibly loud, disrupting any chance of sleep. Refresh renovations and repairs could really elevate the experience!!!

Let’s talk about the absolute lack of consideration. First, the elevator was down, which was just delightful. Then, I was surprised by the subpar breakfast—those so-called sausages were an insult to meat! I almost gave it a decent review, but with such disrespectful staff, I just couldn’t!

Staying here with my family and our service dog was quite pleasant. We enjoyed the close drive to Visalia Golf Club for some family fun and appreciated the nice breakfast selection in the morning. Check-in was a breeze, and the overall cleanliness was on point.

The King Room had a cozy feel, perfect for resting after a long day. Lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch, refreshing and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly upon arrival.

Unfortunately, the overall service left much to be desired during our stay.

Our stay was delightful! The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious, featuring comfy beds with plush linens and a clear view of the pool area, even though we didn’t swim. The buffet breakfast was superb, and the organized service made our morning enjoyable. We felt refreshed and relaxed, thanks to a tidy room that was well maintained by Elsie.

The shower's lukewarm water and the presence of black hairs in the bathroom added to our disappointment. While the rooms are clean and the staff welcoming, the overall management of feedback and customer concerns fell short. The buffet breakfast offered good variety, but the lack of attention to detail in room cleanliness was concerning.
